My vacuum cleaner has lost its suction. What should I do?

2026.03.06 13:56 By clifford

A loss of suction is usually caused by a blockage or restricted airflow. Try the following steps:

  1. Empty the dust container or replace the dust bag if it is full.
  2. Clean or replace the filters according to the user manual.
  3. Check the hose, wand, and floor head for blockages and remove any debris.
  4. Inspect the brush roll and remove hair, threads, or other material that may be obstructing it.
  5. Ensure all components are correctly fitted and sealed, as air leaks can reduce suction.

If the issue persists after these checks, please contact our Technical Support team for further assistance. Be sure to have your appliance model number available when you get in touch.
