Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka
- 30 ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 30 ml freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
- Ice cubes
- 3 coffee beans, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, Amarula, and cooled espresso.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with three coffee beans.
