Ingredients
· 400g rump steak
· 2 mielies, cooked and kernels removed
· Mixed salad leaves
· Cherry tomatoes
· 1 avocado, sliced
· Olive oil and lemon juice dressing
Method
1. Grill the steak to your preferred doneness.
2. Rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly.
3. Combine salad leaves, sweetcorn, tomatoes, and avocado.
4. Top with steak slices.
5. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
