Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 wraps
- Lettuce, cucumber, and tomato
- Plain yogurt mixed with a squeeze of lemon
Method
- Toss the chicken with spices and olive oil.
- Cook in an air fryer at 190°C for 10–12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm the wraps.
- Fill with salad, chicken, and yogurt dressing.
- Roll tightly and serve.
